1. All team members should be from the same college; no inter-college teams are allowed.
2. Each team would comprise 2- 4 members including the team leader.
3. As this edition of the hackathon is a digital product development competition, the majority of
the team members MUST be well-versed in programming skills.
Also, do not use the brand name ‘Cywayz’ in the Team name.
5. A max of 2 teams per college can be nominated
6. Please note that participating certificates from our end will only be given to the teams who have
qualified for the grand finale
SHORTLISTED IDEAS ANNOUNCEMENT
1. Notification about selected teams will be put up on our portal and will also be sent to their
respective email IDs.
2. Be available for meetings and sessions during the preparation phase; you will be notified about
them in advance.
MODE OF HACKATHON
The grand finale will be conducted offline, and the venue and pass will be mailed to the shortlisted team.
PROBLEM STATEMENTS AND PRIZES TO BE WON
1. If the competent authorities conclude that none of the ideas are up-to-the-mark, they may not
announce any winning team at the finale.
2. If there is a tie between two teams, the final decision of the prize money distribution will be
taken by the jury & CXO Cywayz only and once the decision is made, it won’t be changed further.
3. Any decision is discretion of the CXO Cywayz.
IDEA SELECTION CRITERIA
Post Idea submission process, the ideas will be evaluated by experts. Evaluation criteria will include
sustainability, scale of impact, user experience, and potential for future work progression.
1) Intellectual property (IP) of the idea would be split equally between CywayzCXO and the team.
2) The ideas or solutions provided/developed/proposed by the team's must be new and must not have
been present in any previous event/program of any sort.
